People First: Honest Dealings

When several of my friends told me I had to see this video, I made sure that I saw it. After watch it, I am glad that I did. I would encourage you to do so as well.

When someone enters into politics or the business world, it often looks like part of that person needs to die in order for them to succeed. Many times, it almost seems as though the honesty and integrity of the individual are the first two things to go. People who have been "successful" in these areas of life will tell newcomers that they need to "look out for themselves," which often means that they do so at the expense of others.

One of the greatest breaths of fresh air is when someone refuses to forget who he/she is and where he/she came from. This is the case for the man selling the "Tree T Pee" idea to a bunch of millionaires on the show "Shark Tank." His belief is that he can not only help conserve this world's precious source of water, but he can help the backbone of the world .... farmers. His little invention has the capability of cutting down the practice of using about 25,000 gallons of water per tree in the United States per year to about 800 gallons of water per tree per year.

Watch the video above to see the integrity in his eyes. This is what I would hope all business people would see. It is about people and not about making as much money at the exploitation of people.

God Bless, Johnny!
